We combine the best of German technology, innovation and highly trained technicians to produce top-notch quality HSAW pipes – suitable for every terrain and application. Our HSAW pipes are made with an automated system in SPM. With a maximum speed of 10 meters per minute, it is equipped with a laser tracking system with Auto centering and Auto gap control system.

Hydrotesting.
Hydrotesting.
We test every pipe we make with over 350 bars of pressure.
We conduct hydrotesting for every pipe that goes out to our clients to ensure safety, reliability and leak tightness of pressure vessel or piping systems. It works by completely filling the component with water and pressurizing the piping system to visually inspect the system for leaks.
The Hydro tester tech is from ATIS, Germany. It has a capacity to test pipes up to of 350 bar and can apply a force of 4000 mt.
